On page 154, it talks about how Ammu died, and a certin quote "she was thirty one. Not old not young, but a die-able age" This quote stuck out to me because i was wondering is there really an age thats okay to die at? Yes its tragic when children die but at any age death is horrible. I felt for ammu who died alone with so much of her life unwritten and not complete.

Any age is a die-able age, though when you have so much life left in you, is when the death hurts the most. Ammu was slowly falling apart in her 30s. She slowly fading with depression and sickness. She was at a die-able age is what I think Roy was saying.

I agree with Sarah, a person can die at any age, making it "die-able" but that doesn't mean that its not upsetting.

i would argue that death is not "horrible" in any way. It is inevitable you have to be satisfied with what you get out of life and if 30 years is all you get than you could either mope around wasting time or make the most of it because that is what life is for.
